The Overthinker

  • Core Pattern: Gets stuck in planning and analyzing instead of doing.

  • Behaviors: Makes lists, thinks through every angle, imagines “what if” scenarios — but rarely takes the first step. Their brain is busy, but their progress stalls.

  • Need: Someone to help them stop spinning their wheels and simplify choices so they can finally move forward.

The Procrastinator

  • Core Pattern: Knows what needs to be done but keeps pushing it off.

  • Behaviors: Says “I’ll do it later,” avoids uncomfortable tasks, and lets deadlines sneak up. They feel guilt or stress as things pile up, but still struggle to start.

  • Need: Consistent nudges and accountability so “later” turns into action today.

The Action-Taker (Incomplete Finisher)

  • Core Pattern: Starts strong but rarely crosses the finish line.

  • Behaviors: Jumps into projects with energy, tries lots of new things, but leaves tasks half-finished. They may get distracted by the next shiny idea or lose momentum before wrapping up.

  • Need: Structure, follow-through, and accountability to stay on track until completion.

How It Works..

  1. Free Intro Call → Meet me on Zoom, see if it feels right.

  2. Monthly Membership → One flat fee covers your check-ins.

  3. Daily Support → I’ll call or check in 3–5 times a week. Together we’ll start the things you’ve been avoiding.

  4. Goal Setting That Sticks → We’ll break things into:

    • Short-term goals (daily/weekly wins)

    • Intermittent goals (monthly projects or habits)

    • Long-term goals (big-picture vision of who you want to be)

  5. Progress You Can Feel → Watch procrastination lose its power.
